WARNING..

Went to my little cousins tea party on Sunday and had asked my aunt to get some coke zero in so I could join in for her.
So, there I was drinking away when I wandered into the kitchen and clocked the Tesco Own Coke Zero. Panic doesn't really cover it to be honest. I had a quick peak at the ingredients, and it had citric acid in it : |

Just wanted to warn everyone. That literally even one glass of a drink with CA in had knocked me out of ketosis
Gutted doesn't cover it! I was being so good aswell!!!
