Just bought some Marigold Bouillon Organic today but I see that it contains yeast. Is this OK as not absolutely identical to LL savoury packs? I don't want to interfere with ketosis.
many people use the marigold as it is a cheaper option, I have he grren one with orange lid, they are tasty and hasnt interferred with any weight loss. hope that helps x
