Calcium

Hey

I'm following the WW pp plan and I'm not a fan of milk so was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to increase my calcium intake that's low in pp?

Thanks

second vote for ww yoghurts. I also buy yoghurt type drinks for my little girl who isnt into milk, and they are 2pp. I have also read on here, (and we are testing it out in her lunch box today). Milk roll...its a bread with extra calcium

Thanks. Not a bit fan of yoghurt either (might give them a try though if there is a non fruity version) but might give the milk roll a try.

Thanks again

They do toffee and vanilla which are nice. Do you like hot choc because options are 1pp and u could add a splash of milk to them and maybe wouldn't taste it

Dark leafy greens are meant to have more calcium than dairy- and 0pp :)
Or you could try dairy alternatives such as soya milk (think light alpro soya is 1pp for 200ml?) or kara coconut milk (1pp for 200ml, 7 for 1L)? The latter just tastes coconutty, it's quite refreshing :)
