hello can any one give me any soup recipies to make that are the lowest of carb but 100% atkins friendly
i want to start making some freezing as its a quick meal to have

Have you tried searching for Lindas low carb recipes on the web? she has a fantastic site full of menu plans and recipes and about 40 odd soup recipes and she marks all her recipes so you know that they are okay in induction?

I've just had a look on Linda's Low Carb website - WOW! I've bookmarked her for when I'm in need of new recipes
