Why do I always come back to CD!

Arghhh I've been on WW for 3/4 weeks now but cant help thinking about toying with it again!!

I lost just under 6st and fell pregnant so I know it works for me, it's just so difficult!

I agree it is difficult - as a constant re-starting I often think about how hard I'm making it for myself but have finally found a mix of SS and SS+ seems to be working. Well done on your 6st loss that's fantastic - PGD x
