Day 1 - Extra easy!

Brekkie - Apple and banana
Lunch - Salad - turkey, cottage cheese, lettuce, cucumber.
Tea - Jacket potato, quorn mince, canned tomatos and kidney beans with lowlow cheese (HEA)

Start at a class tomorrow but thought I'd give it a try today because I have all the healthy food in :)
