Hi everyone,
I had a really hard week away at a work convention and there were 5.30am starts and 7pm finishes. By day 3 I had some blood tests done by the doctors that were there as part of the team as I was very pale, weak and so dizzy I was seeing spots. My blood pressure was very low too. As I have shed 2 stone 5lbs in the 7 and a half weeks an have just touched under 11stone I'm going to move on to maintainence.
The doctors were debating over the validity of Lipotrim and it was great to hear both thier points of view, but as my cholesterol has also dropped fom 8.9 to 5.1 in those weeks I think I have enough done.
A lillte more leniency on calories means I can up my exercise which I am happy about.
I just want to thank you all so much for the support and I would definately not have stuck it so long without the great help I recieved from here.
I know even as a maintainer I will still be here and will always have the support both to give and take.
Thank you all so much,
love,
Losit.
