2 Massive Milestones today

well this morning the scales show I am 11.'0 stone .. this means I have now lost a total of 8 stone on VLCDs and I also now have a 'normal ' BMI .. for the first time since I was about 6 !!!! OMG .. the end is in sight ... I never ever thought I would be 'normal' !!!!!!!!!!! Glad i treated myself to that very expensive wrinkle cream yesterday now !!!!

Brilliant effort! I can't imagine what it be like to step on the scales and have 11 come up - though knowing that it's been done by so many others (including yourself) makes me think that I might manage to get there sometime.
