Need to lose 7 st

Hi all
Just joined hope to get some advice and give some I hope 2nd time I have needed to lose a lot of weight last time 7 years ago was 22st went down to 13st I am now 23st 3 lb or was 4 weeks ago I am now 21st 11lb so going the write way I hope all the best to you all.
And may your weight be gone.
