Scales

Does anyone know the best scales to use to weigh at home, as I don't go to class and get weighed on my old salter scales and they are 5 pounds out either side!

Well once you takes a weigh off those scales, they will show the loss.(regardless of how light or heavy they record your weight. Each following weigh in will be accurate. In my opinion best not having scales in your own space. Dont lose money buying scales, just hop on sisters scales n tell us how much u lose after each weigh in. Good Luck

My last weigh in was on the mother in laws scales which are pretty accurate, but It means having to go for a visit! Hehe
