Exante water flavouring

Hi,
I transferred to exante from Cambridge and my c/d water flavouring is running out. I don't want to be cheeky and ask the consultant to sell me some more as she has rules regarding minimum orders!

I see alot of posts about water flavourings and I wonder if anyone has actually tried the exante ones. The carb content per 5g is 3.3 but most of that is fibre 2.65g so will it affect my weightloss?

I get cd flavourings from a CDC due to the carb content of the exante ones

I took these values from exante website and the cambridge ones from my tub of summer berry flavour. If the fibre in exante isn't absorbed by the body then I think the Exante water flavourings might actually be better and maybe the carb content is a bit misleading.

Of course I don't know this, just my thoughts. I would be grateful if someone else could shed some light on it for me.

with atkins, you count net carbs for keto, which is carb - fibre. The fibre part is the part that is not absorbed by the body.

Its possible that with abuse you'll come outta keto, but I would say most people wouldn't be able to afford to buy gallons of the exante flavourings anyway as they are expensive :p
 
Thanks Hollycat. I think Im going to order some exante water flavourings as they are lower in cals than cambridge and cheaper. I can stop stressing about getting the cambridge ones now.
 
lol i did look at the carbs and think they were high but thought they cant be that bad otherwise they wouldnt sell them i also think their very sweet so i ad 5g to a pint of water rather then 250ml sometimes less then 5g xx
