Hi guys :) I am hoping to start propoints online once I get paid at the end of the month.
I am really looking forward to it as previously doing sw there was no portion control for me and I over ate. I did lose with it but found it hard to keep going as it's not convenient.
It's a fab plan but I feel I need something more regimented now. The only problem is I need to do a big shop but won't have access to the online tools until the End of the month.
Can anyone recommend things low in points/filling etc. Both myself and my husband will be doing this so hoping it works :)
Also I have heard of cashback with quidco. Anyone had experience with this or heard of it? Would be great to save some money. Thanks in advance to those who read and comment :D

firstly fill your fridge with loads of fruit, veg and salad stuff.most fruit and veg are no points and salad is no points.
i always have chicken breast in my freezer for bulking a stir fry or putting with a salad or with veg.i also like to have a bag of mixed veg for lazy days and to put with ww meals.
i haven't heard of quidco.
thats a start for you if i think of anything else i'll add and i'm sure more people will offer advice.

That's great :) thank you. What fruit and veg do have points just briefly. This is so good can snack on fruit with no points, is it as much as you want on a day?
I was thinking of a ready meal for an evening meal along with veg or salad to bulk it out. But past that have no idea lol, been reading through these posts, need to start looking at the recipes I think.
Bread us one if my main downfalls.... What's the best to get for value of points?

on the old system fruit used to have points and i think on this new pro points all fruit is no points. eat as much fruit as you want then you can save your points for your meals or treats, some veg have points like peas and parsnips,
but carrots, cauli, broccoli, cabbage, green beans, turnip, swede, kale, sprouts and salad food like tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, lettuce, peppers, cucumber are also no points so theres just a few things you have to watch.

chicken breast (165g) is 4pp

Quidco offer is fab. Not sure cash back amount they are offering just now but when I did it a couple of months ago it was £30 cash back with came about 6 weeks after I joined so made my first 3 months basically free :)

Thanks for the info guys. With quidco it's £15.00 at the moment which is awesome, do I just log into it and then sign up through their links and then it's done automatically?
Looking forward to it now I am hoping this will be it for me I have been on so many diets can't bear for this to fail too.
Where's the best place to look for tips and ideas, recipes would be good too. I have a fussy hubby so any input would be great :)
