i am going to start a daily diary all help will be appreciated and tips

morning : 3x rashes bacon
3x coffee and cream

snack 1 stick celery with salt

lunch spinich leaves with 2 pork steaks (fat trimmed off )

sf jelly

dinner: fish with butter(birds eye atlantic one ) and with brocolli or home made mince burger with a fried egg or two depends what i feel like later on

maybe another sf jelly

3 litres of water maybes more
1 can coke zero

and gym today if i can push 600-700 calories on the x trainer and running machine

im getting sooooo bored of food atm

i need new recipies i cant find much in the recipie thread
i start work at 6am so its the case of doin it the night b4 like a couple boiled eggs or bacon
im bored with this

Hi jessie, glad i found your diary:)

Just keep an eye on those sf jellies - they stall some people. I used to have half a little pot (split with dh) a few times a week but not every day.

I'm sorry to hear you are finding food boring - i found that having to be creative with atkins reinspired my love of cooking and experimentation - altho i agree the first 2 weeks i was too busy surviving to get too carried away;) I've got a link i love - will go dig it up for you now

i think i know what stalls me butter mayo cream cheese im gonna give this up for 2 weeks anc c if its these

just have oil as my fat is this ok ?
 
Worth giving it a go. And include meat with fat, chicken skins etc

Morning Jessie, why are you trimming the fat off the pork steaks? Atkins sais you need to eat fat to burn fat love.
 
friday 23rd sept

brekkie- 3xscrammbles egg/mattersons smoked sausage a tiny splash milk
2x cofee i have used milk but i have run out of cream not much milk thou with sweetner

lunch pork and spinich mayo on the side salad

dinner : chicken and veg
 
Hmm, but maybe that's why Atkins said you need to eat fat to burn fat Jessie?
 
24th sept (sat)

3x boiled eggs
coffee x2

tuna and mayo salad lunch

dinner chicken with something either kebab or indian tonight

not too sure sat nights i never ever ever cook

Your food ratio is supposed to be something like 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs. Sites like fitday can work out the ratios for you but it is an american site so you might have to put some foods in manually.
Day 1 you snacked on celery. i read somewhere that you should never eat carbs on their own. Not sure how valid this info is tho hun :)
 
Morning Jessi, yes the sausage is fine, and very tasty, go for the original though, not the lite version love :)

been gym swim sauna and steam twice this weekend too

i have given the extra added salt on my foods up and less cream too

fry up last night

today i have had a oppsie roll i didnt make it right though

then chicken mayo spinich olives celery cucumber for lunch

im full

Morning Jessie... It sounds hard... But worth sticking to clean and green if you can ... It does work :)
