Hiya! I'm new here and to weight watchers! How many propoints are in 1 McCain Smiles? It says 100g has 4 points but not sure if that's frozen/cooked weight?

Well above the 100 g it should say frozen or cooked so whatever u took it from, prob frozen weight xx
