Painkillers?

Hi, I am on day one of SS-ing and just wondered if I can take Nurofen? I thought I had read somewhere that you couldn't take remedies like this when you were SS-ing but just thought that I would check.

Cambridge suggest paracetamol.

I take all sorts for my arthritis - Tramadol, paracetamol, arcoxia aswell as Sulfasalazine for RA and it hasn't knocked me out of ketosis!

You have to be careful with the syrupy cough mixtures but then again when you need to take something you need to take it!
