' feeling hungry tonight . First time I've felt hungry since starting LT. Drinking making it worse so of to bed now before I do something I regret

How did you get on mert? Did you go to bed early? I'm feeling very hungry this morning had my shake early.. Stomach making all sorts of noises!!

Yes hun went to bed, hungry and a bit sad, slept well and got up feeling better so it did pass. yep I had the noises too hope you got through your day, harder in the day because you cant just goto sleep.
