it blocks the absorbtion of some fats. if you're eating the listed foods, cooked the right way, there shouldn't be very much to absorb. our bodies need a very small amount of fat every day, anyway.

I have some alli I bought I never used. as coming back to CD was kind of difficult after vacation, I binged quite badly and to lessen the damage, I took some alli pills. Twice. I don't know what the exact effects were but I did not pile on weight (and what I ate was FAT...). But this was a quick fix, I would not do this on a regular basis.
