Cereal???

Hi, 1st time on here was wondering if any body knows Wat size of a bowl would 45g of cereal be? I have no scales..

What cereal u avin?

Dependent on the cereal we can perhaps give you a rough guide of what it would look like in a mug or something but I definitely suggest getting some scales

..... if you buy variety boxes they will already be individually weighed out for you ..... or you could have cereal bars.... but i would definitely recommend spending £10 on a good pair of scales. you will use them a lot on this diet

Agreed that you'll need some scales on ww, I'm constantly using mine!
