Grated Cheese 28g (HEx)
Dinner
Breakfast was at 11.30 so no lunch today.
Tea
MINCE + MASH-
Lean mince (free)
Oxo stock cube (free)
Flour (2 heaped tbsp = 14syns/3=4.5)
Swede (free)
Snacks
Banana (free)
Satsumas (free)
Belgian Waffle (ALOT)
Mullerlight strawberry (free)
Drinks
Flavoured fizzy water (free)
Sugar free red bull (free)
Total Syns: 4.5 (need to update with waffle! If anyone knows syns please get in touch!)
I am new to all this so i do realise that today was a bit rubbish in the fact i missed my 1/3 superfree food for lunch as i completely forgot! And i had no idea about the high syns for flour! But for a while i guess it is just a learning process. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas i'd love to hear about them...like flour substitutes or if i've listed items as free and they isn't!
