marshall's cheesy macaroni - are they free?

Probably not, I expect the cheese mix has *some* syns in, hopefully not too many.

The only way to work it out is to work out the syns that would be in the amount of milk/butter the instructions tell you to use and subtract that from the total.

Bear in mind the above is per 100g cooked, which is a really small amount, usually a lot less than the whole packet...
