i made this one last night and had it for my lunch today. i made a few ammendments, as follows:

only 3 peppers instead of 4 (out of a jar already deseeded, grilled and skin removed) and i didnt have any carrots so i left them out. i only used 3/4 pint of stock too. At the end i put a little philli light in to make it creamy. its was thick and yummy.

Hello..you need to use more veg and less stock...the soup ^^^^^ you made hasnt really got alot of what i call proper veg in it so that why it was watery chuck..a nice low point soup is honey roasted swede soup, nice, thick and a yummity bowl of sweetness...

Have a look on the board im sure there are loads of 0-3 PP's soups posted, good luck :)

Any veggie soup recipes can be converted to zero-point soup. Just sauté the onions in a splash of stock or water rather than olive oil or butter. loose high-carb ingredients like potatoes and peas and sweetcorn.
