About to start xenical again for the 2nd time!!

Hi all, I am going to be starting on xenical again at the beginning of next month.
I have taken it before and lost over a stone and a half. I followed a healthy diet and moved house when I changed my doctors surgery I had not been taking it for a month and although I had put no weight on they wouldn't start me on it again.

So that was a year ago and i've been up and down with my weight but lost 1st 4 lbs and my doctor has said I can go back on it if I loose another couple of lbs by the next time I see her.

Ive been following a weight watchers plan and will continue this when I start back on the meds but obviously keeping fats to an absolute minimum.
I no longer want to spend my time on the loo :O) Im just reading through these :8855:forums for a bit of motivation really xxx:8855:
 
im starting again also... i did it for a few weeks and got scared of the loo trips at work so stopped taking it... im determined to do it this time.. ive put 6 stones on in 2 years after doing lipotrim and getting down to 12 stone!!! any advice would be good!!
 
im struggling with carbs... i know they are low in fat so i have either rice, potato, pasta or bread with my meals... any non carb products that are filling?
 
ah ok... i dont like brown rice or pasta... will it really make much difference to have white versions?
 
There's no real nutrition in the White versions. They basically just fill you up

Thankyou for your kind messages. I joined my local weight watchers class last night aswell for extra support I just hope the combination of a healthy low fat diet and and Xenical when I resume on it will get me on the way to strutting in my swimwear next year in goa.

I came back with allsorts of stuff last night all the books the calculator. My fella's face was a picture. He said WOW do you get all that when you join. I smiled said yes and went upstairs to study it lol.

Brown rices, pulses and grains and wholemeal breads are the better carbs for you, they're called complex carbs and they feed your body and they release energy slowly throughout the day, this helps to balance your blood sugar levels and energy.

The bad carbs will send you on a downward spiral, they're stodgy and no good for you really. They don't do anything to balance your blood sugar or your energy levels, they'll give you a quick zap of energy which doesn't last long, making you want to eat more of the same things to get your body going again.
 
Hey there I started taking xenical on friday and so far no mishaps lol but yesterday I was constipated which I didn't expect lol just hoping that these work as I want to lose at least a stone and a half by 11th of december coz my sister is coming home for christmas (she lives in china lol) and I haven't seen her in 3 years so I need to look my best also her kids are obsessed with bingo wings lol and I'd love mine to be a bit smaller lol good luck all x
