Hey, does anyone know the syn value for the microwave packets of oat so simple? Golden syrup and original on green!

There was a post about this a while ago..I can't remember the syns but assume the plain one is 6 syns as you can have the plain one only as a HEXB.

Cereal, Oats so simple, flavoured, 33-36g sachet 6½ on all plans

the plain one is 5 syns on all plans or a hexb
