Hey every1 lost 4lbs this week! Happy about that ! My cdc did my measurements this week and I've lost 17 all over but only 1 inch on my thigh.. I've been walking and things! Could probably do more but any tips? I used to dance and I've got muscly thighs on the outside so I get paranoid if I do a lot ill get rugby legs lol ( suppose it better than thunder thighs lol but u know..)
