evening all, im having abit of a crisis tonight.

i stopped doing cwp awhile back as i wasnt commiting myself 100% and felt it was a waste of time  3 weeks ago i joined sw and in the first week messed around and gained 1lb not bad for me, the second week i half heartedly did it and lost 3.5lbs this week i have been 100% and am looking at a weight loss of between 1-2 lbs which im gutted. im spending loads of money of fruit, veg ect.

i really need to lose this weight and im feeling a tad depressed and dont seem to go out anywhere anymore. ive been single for 2 years and would love to go out meeting people but my weight is holding me back. christmas party season will soon be here and for the first time in years really want to go out with work.

my question is do i carry on losing 2lb a week or restart cwp and lose double that meaning come xmas i could lose around 4stone :D and be nearly in the 16s.

arrrrr x

Sorry but that's a total myth. Just because you lose weight fast it has no bearing on whether it goes back on. Whether you regain is down to what you do once you've lost it. You're just as likely to gain again on sw or ww etc as you are on a VLCD

I've done both, the same amount of weight I lost on both (around 2 stone) took more time to come back on when I came off cambridge compared sw (18 months compared to 12 coming off sw) and with me it's all about the cost too, if I go to the supermarket it costs at least £30 for fresh food and then it goes off so I'm back again, with Cambridge you get everything you need (minus water) in one place
