Second weigh in this morning & iv lost a further 5 lbs :) delighted with that as it's totm :)) happy days.. Today is day 15 & start of week 3 bring it on x

wow way to go, how are you doing it? are you eatting into your weeklys...i'm still trying to figure out what works best for me i've been on almost 4 weeks and only lost 3lb :-( weigh in day today and lost none this week this week i done earring in to some of my weeklys first week i ate most my weeklys and teh week i lost i done not eatting into the weeklys ... seems i'm one of those that can't eat the weeklys :-(

Im not on weight watchers pro plan.. Iam doing Lipotrim food replacement diet... No food just 3 shakes/bars/soups a day and up to 4 litres of water.. hence the fast loss...x
hang in there it will start to come off.. x

Can't wait for next Monday weigh in for another loss.. My mother went to Spain for a month.. She went couple days before I started Lipotrim & she's home the 30th Friday week.. Hopefully will have lost a good bit more by then.. Dying to see if she sees a difference in me!!!

Bet she WILL! It's always lovely to get praised by your mother isn't it?! Gives you a nice warm fuzzy feeling to make her proud. I'm a Monday morning weigh-inner too so here's to Mondays!! NEVER thought I'd be saying that! Have a great evening
