Im well chuffed 11lbs off

Weighed myself this morning,starting cd group tomorrow and thought while i was in the right frame of mind I would start, so I started last monday and weighed myself today and 11lbs had gone phew, am i pleased that first weeks out the way and Ive had a good loss,hope everyones doing ok x
