Pedon grain mixes

Hello,
I bought some mixed grain packs from Tesco which look delicious and are ready in 10 minutes but I can't find any syn values. One is Bulghur and Quinoa so I guess that's free on EE, but can anyone help me work out the syn value for Basmati, Oats and Lentils variety?

It's not listed on syns online under Pedon. You need to post the nutritional values (calories, carbohydrate, protein and fat per 100g and portion size) as well as the ingredients.

The bulgur wheat/quinoa is probably free but its best to check they havent added oil/sugar etc, if it's a quick-cook ready-prepared thing.

The ingredients only list bulghur and quinoa so that one must be free. My SW group leader is going to check the other mixes out and I'll post when I find out.
I lost 3 and a half pounds this evening ---wey hey!!!
