back from hols

Put on 5lbs but as was two weeks all Inc and didn't deny myself anything as needed to unwind I'm not kicking myself too hard about it. Been to the shops to get atkins friendly breakfast and lunch for tomorrow then shop tomorrow night for a clean and green hard push for a few weeks
