To exercise or not to exercise...that is the question????

Have been exercising this week and only lost 3lb.
Have stayed in ketosis and been very strict, but just not happy with 3lb.
I get the feeling that exercise, at a high heart rate does slow your weight loss down.
Is it worth me binning the exercise until I get to a goal weight and eating more calories??
What do y'all think?:sigh:
