500mg vitamin C - burn nearly 40% more fat when exercising

I read a few things earlier today about if you take a 500mg vitamin C suplement daily in addition to exercise then you will burn off 39% more fat per work out that without taking the suplement.

Has anyone tried this? I just ordered 60 (so 2 months) vitamin C tablets so shall try it and see if I notice any difference.

well I ordered the vitamin C's via amazon prime so they will be here tuesday and wednesday I have my regular swimming time so shall report back, oh shoot that reminds me i need to wash my cossie!!
 
Oh let me know how you get on i might give this one a go, will have a look tomorrow when i finally get to leave the house lol all be it is only for shopping but hey its out lol x
 
Wow is this true?! I am hittin rock bottom and I need to shift atleast a stone before I see the doc or goodbye to judes tabs which will break me :-(

Jude if you have to lose the weight without the tablets you will it'll just take a bit longer. the tablets have helped you on the way but you've done the hard work yourself. Please remember that and don't think you can't live without the tablets.
