Oups... Need help for syns as not free as I thought

For some reason I'd got it in my mind cottage cheese was free.. but looking through my old book plain cottage cheese is 0.5 on R/G..

I've been buying the ASDA Good for you:
- mint and cucumber cottage cheese
- red pepper & chilli cottage cheese
- apple & pear cottage cheese..

only after tonight enjoying the red pepper and chilli one did it occur to me, that as I was enjoying it that there must be syns attached to it

Could anyone please tell me their value but I'm working on the old system of R and G..

Also, while asking you kind people for help, could i have the values of ASDA's chosen by you FRIJOLEMOLE.
for 100g 210kcal
protein 3.4g
carbs 12.1g
of which sugar 3.7g
fat 16g
of which saturates 2.8g
fibre 1.9g
sodium 0.5g

It doesn't yet seem to have affected my weight loss as just starting up again but want to get it straight in my head.. I think I was thinking of the fat free plain yoghurt..

Thank you,

mint and cucumber is free
red pepper and chilli is half a syn per 100g

not sure about the pear one but if you do a search you may find the answer

Most plain very low fat cottage cheese is free as are the chive and onion ones. It's only when you start adding extra that the syns start to come into play but they are very low in syns

Thanks.. I now know why I thought it was free.. I used to have the chive an onion one. I use them as a sauce, so will have to keep an eye out for portion control.
