I have been on and off sw for most of this year (ill be honest mostly off!!). I go on holiday in a month and realistically I HAVE to shift at least half a stone in a month otherwise none of my holiday clothes will fit and i am not in a postion to buy anymore as Im skint (stupid broken car!!). I now i can get there if i stick to it, my problem is i get impatient, expect overnight miracles and get depressed when they dont come so end up binging!! I just need reassurance and convincing i will get to where i wanna be for my hols if i stick to it.
Ive already managed to avoid binging on mars bars this afternoon and have got back into my exercise. Any other tips to keep motivated or boost my loss?!
