So as mentioned on another thread we have folk round tonight for dinner.
I decided on cooking the guests spag bol.
I thought in order to try and have something similar.
I have got some turkey mince, onion and red pepper in a pot fried with fry light. Then I have added the Exante tomato and basil soup (mixed with hot water) to make a sauce.
It actually tastes really nice. (i have pre cooked both so I do not have to fuss around tonight when the guests are here)
We plan to have our just with salad leaves instead of any spag/pasta.
