A meal out has been sprung on me, it's all been paid ofr and everything so I have to go. Please could I have some help as to what would be the least calorific option for a vegetarian (who eats fish - is that pescaterian then) but doesn't eat dairy.

THANKS A TON. I'm going to go over my calories, it's not even like I can exercise to earn it back so ! I'll just carry out damage limitation.

I've deleted all the ones with meat or dairy.

I have to choose a starter and main. I really don't know what to have or calorie estimates or anything! This has sent me into a total flutter.

I think the pea & mint soup (maybe leave the fritter?), then the sole fillet (ask for the spinach to be steamed and not buttered, and maybe leave some of the potato salad?)

So hard when you can't have control. SL xxx

I agree

Yes the pea and mint soup sounds fine, you could just leave the fritter if it looks greasy. The sole sounds like a good option but have to agree on the spinach, ask for it without butter, and ask for all dressings to be on the side in little pots, then you can assume it's a bad as oil or mayo and be very careful with it! also I wouldn't finish anything and save some calories earlier in the day to allow for any extra, get some exercise to offset it more and don't worry too much, you have to live!
