Is paprika allowed

Hi I dont have a book can someone tell me if we are allowed paprika,dont suppose by any chance we can have mint sauce lol im on 810 ive just made some crisps and i want to flavour some natural yoghurt to have as a dip

Hi thanks for the reply.I made them out of the oriental chilli I was on cd before and made a lot of things so if you want any ideas ive got loads lol have you tried making bolognaise? its not bad, make it with your tomato soup pack and quorn add some spring onions and mushrooms from your allowance put a little bit of water in and some pepper and whatever other herbs you can use to make it more unlike tomato soup and put it in the oven for a while,you can do the same with chicken and oriental chilli makes a kind of curry still tastes of the soup though!I love 810 its so much easier for me than ss and I have lost 8lbs since monday so that cant be bad,not starving or anything how are you getting on? x
 
I was really poorly yesterday, I was quite sick and I think it's the shakes because even when I'm not on the diet I can't stomach milk or shakes. I really need to make this work (20 months to fit into the wedding dress of my dreams and to sort of pcos out) so any help/advice/tips you have I'll take. Last time I did cd I was on ss but this time because my bmi is over 40 I've been put on 810

oh dear sorry to hear you have been poorly,if you dont like the shakes or think they make you sick could you have a porridge for breakfast i dont really like the porridge but with a bit of milk chucked in if you can tolerate it and blended rather than left like wallpaper paste they are quite nice,then a bar at lunch time and a soup before your meal in the evening that might work. I would stick to 810 if you are happy on it my counsellor said the losses are much the same as on ss+ .I forgot to say if you make the crisps use baking parchment not baking paper as they will stick badly or silicone x
 
I've spoke to my CDC and she is letting me do swaps on my shakes for bars today, I quite like the soups so I could do 1 bar 2 soups and a meal. I'm just trying to make it as diet like as possible since I have so much to loose ;)

I have a picture of 'the dress' everywhere! I already like 810 more than ss x
 
that sounds good,maybe the answer,i actually really like having soups and i love the bars although i dont have any yet.I used to make little biscuits with my bars you can get about 20 out of a bar but only really works with toffee ones,cut them into really thin slices put them on baking parchment on a baking tray put them in the oven on about 150 degrees dont leave them you have to watch them,they double in size then start to go brown you need to get them out let them cool down then they go harder and they taste like maltesers,why dont you buy an extra bar to try it rather than maybe wasting one of your allowance if you dont like them.Keep looking at that dress that will keep you going x

Which one tastes better I could do with a lift I'm really missing diet coke :( x
 
Ermm dont know really the crisp things are nice with a yoghurt dip,if you do make the crisps make them in several large thin poppadum size things then break them up do you know how to make them? couldnt you have coke zero with them or would it send you off the rails just having one x
 
yes apparantley it is but it has to be the coke zero and i think youre only allowed a couple of cans a week,why dont you ask on a new thread as im not sure of the limits,do you have the flavourings? i quite like them in fizzy water.Yes you do mix the soup to a paste bit like if you were making icing for a cake,not too thick but not runny spread it thinly on the sheet bung t in the microwave just watch it all the time as they burn really quickly,if they will peel off the sheet easily theyre done if not put them back in for a few seconds take them straight off the sheet and they harden up x
 
Yea I think I will ask, no I need to get the flavourings I like the berry one

you might find it better once you have the flavourings i hate plain water but i do miss my vodka and coke lol!!!i always have a drink at weekends so its an early boring night for me i just made some weird thing and ate it ,the muffins are tasteless so i add 3 sweetners and cook it so its still a bit squidgy,not too bad when i put some yoghurt on it but so miniscule i ate it in about 3 mouthfuls! dont think i will bother with that again x
