J's refeed

Well my re-feed so far has been terrible!! I had to come off on Wed as I was feeling vile but had some chicken soup (100 cals) to get me through the day and as didn't have time to buy lean meat had a veg egg white omlette- no milk or addidives other than 1 cal spray and black pepper.

Cam down with a migraine that night and got through to next day. Did some light exercise and had Duck breast for dinner with loads of veg- was starving had no problem eating a huge portion of vag and picked at the duck skin which was not good.

However not going to beat myself up too badly as today I am finally feeling good again but forgot to take my morning shake as I slept in. But as it's Friday the Fish van will be outside Tescos so I can have some lovely fresh white fish tonight for dinner and I have Turkey for tomorrow so I plan to do day one really up until Wed. I then go to Marbella for 5 days so will bring shakes with me but also gonna bring porridge and sugar free Jelly to try to keep filled up on tasty healthy food. I may well have to do 3 days TFR when I get home to cleanse my taste buds and drop the water retention but hopefully can stick as well to this as I can...
 
Ok time to fess up I had a very bad weekend eating rings round me and have a little food baby at the minute- had a close neighbour pass away and turned to food. Doing 2 shakes and a soup for the next 3 days but not gonna beat myslef up to badly as I have nearly 5 days next week before the next hen and another 5 days after it before the Gala ball so during those days sticking with veg and lean protien will get me back on track.

That gives me 3 weeks after the ball to the first friends wedding, 2 weeks after that to my cousins which I'm delighted to find out is just an evening do then the following week is Hubbys birthday and the wedding I'm doing Bridesmaid for so I think If I can keep up my Sept challenge on the main board and set an Oct/Nov for maintainace hopefully with everyones help on here I'll get there!

I'm refeding too now and so scared but I know it'll pass. I'm also glad to see by other posts i'm not alone.
I have kept some protein bars in the car for when the unexpected crops up, like late nights, forgetting breakfast.
You're so busy it's going to be tough but it lokks like you have it under control but more importantly, You have a good balanced attitude to it.
Good luck hun and we can get through it together.
 
hey lostit thanks I did terrible and an back on 100% for a couple of weeks to get a head shower and do re-feed properly this time!
