Syn Value for bananas that are made into a smoothie?

Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone knows the Syn value for a banana that has been put into a smoothie?

I asked my consultant, but she didn't know..she said they definitely have Syns when they are put in a smoothie, but she wasn't sure how many..

I was interested in this as well. I have a recipe for ice cream but it involves processing the frozen bananas and wondered how many syns were involved in this? I used 5 bananas and the recipe was for 4 people

Slickers says it's 4 syns a banana so the total recipe would be 20 syns for the fruit or 5 syns per portion.
