Hello sweethearts!

I am your typical yo-yo dieter. I've done it all from food replacement diets, VLCDS, Weightwatchers...etc.

Slimming World is really the only one I ever got on with, but I just didn't stick to it, so this is my second round (and hopefully my last!). Day one starts now!

Hi Dollyanna, Good to see that you are trying again as I know how easy it is to get into the on/off thing. I hope it will last a bit longer this time and that you will find a way to keep on track as there's nothing like feeling and being nice and slim, is there?!

Aw thank you very much! I hope so too and I will try my very best. Not really seeing this as a diet at the moment after doing the drastic VLCDs, this diet is an absolute luxury! So hopefully will stay on it and not fall off the wagon.

Ooops! Had the girls round tonight. Could have been worse I suppose. Syn free day tomorrow please!

Ok so I had another set of girls over again tonight and the same thing happened. New start tomorrow and a new week tomorrow. Weigh in too!

12/09/11 - 165lbs
19/09/11 - 159lbs! :eek:

Very pleased with that, but I think the loss was large because I was on a VLCD for 3 days and then Slimming World 4 days after so I won't expect a loss as big as that next week.
