I have had a sneaky peek at my scales and it says I've put on. I've tracked everything on the iPhone app and may have gone over my dailies but not my weeklies. The only thing I can think of is that last week before starting ww I did the Cambridge diet and maybe it's my body readjusting to food x

Personally I wouldnt take any notice of the scales when its not your offical weigh in. I find that my body needs the 7 days to show a weight loss, everytime i hope on the scales mid week, im disappointed as it shows a sts or gainbut on my official weigh in im rewarded with a loss.

Try and ignore the scales until yuor weigh in and trust the plan

If you did cambridge last week you will put on, it will be you body taking on water that on CD it didn't keep.

However you will lose fat doing the WW, so this week you will lose fat but gain water, its still a win situation.

Keep going you will see the benefits and be able to eat normally.

I went from lipotrim, then had a week off bingeing on whatever I wanted then started WW. I was convinced I would gain or only lose a pound or 2 at the most as my body would be in a mess but I stuck with it & lost 6 & half in my first week. Stick with it & wait for official weigh in, you may be pleasantly surprised x
