New to here!

Hi all just to say HI, im new to the forum although I have done SW in the past. Will be doing Green days as have quite a vegetarian diet anyway.

Look forward to getting some support, giving support and just learning more about the plan.

My first weigh in is on Monday and so will post properly from then. :( dread to think how much weight I have put on in the last few months!

Welcome to the SW club!
You will find we are a friendly bunch and any advice can be found here, also there are recipe sections you can access. I usually do the Ee as I find it's easier for me but the choice is yours.

Welcome to minimins and good luck with your WI. I too am a second timer and faced the scales with trepidation. Came back 12lbs heavier than I started first time :(

Still, picked myself up and am now 11lbs from target since restarting in May. The good folk here are a great help and support during the week. It can feel like forever between WI`s at group
