Parsnips

Please tell me I'm right that parsnips aren't allowed...... I replied to a Dukan Facebook question and said no as someone said they were ok, she had posted again to say that parsnips have less sugar than carrot and is allowed.
I have just posted the page numbers listing veg allowed and said there are not allowed but want someone here to tell me I'm not losing my mind lol xx

She's also added that the Facebook moderators say there ok to have and her comment is "just because there not in the book doesn't mean you can't have them"

Now I know there are changes to the book but I didn't realise the basic veg list had altered?? I thought tolerated items sometimes changed but they don't exist in the book anyway.
