Am on week 4 and really struggling with weakness and dizziness I feel my body craving so much and I've had to eat some meat and cheese this evening to stop feeling so weak ... I am intending to do AAM week next week .
I really don't know whether we should listen to our bodies when we feel weak and dizzy or trust exante that x 3 packs is enough .... Any advice would be very appreciated :/
