Newbie to Dukan!! Dukan by day and Dukan by night!!!

Hi all

I started the Dukan yesterday and wondering if someone can look at my food list:

Day 1

  • Brekkie - 2 fat free vanilla yogurts
  • Lunch - Smoked Mackeral and cottage cheese
  • Snack - skinny capaccino
  • Dinner - Steak, 2 poached eggs and a few pickled gerkins and onions.
  • Oatbran Pancake - I hated this, was like an omelette :cry:, am I doing it right?
Drinks, diet coke, and about 1.5litres of water.

Day 2

  • B - 2 fat free vanilla yogurts and 1.5tbsp oat bran.
  • L - Smoked Salmon and Cottage cheese
  • D - 2 salmon steaks baked with soy, spring onion, garlic and ginger, with a mint and yogurt sauce.
  • Desert - Vanilla custard
Diet Dr Pepper, Diet coke and lots of water.

If someone can let me know how to cook the pancake, so it actually looks and tastes like a pancake that would be great :).

The vanilla yogurt has sugar so steer clear. Look in the recipe section for the failproof galette recipe; lots of us make muffins and other things with the oatbran. Soy sauce is a tolerated item so not suitable for Attack.

Do you have the book? Also have you looked in the FAQ section - you might find that helpful.
