Does anybody know the syns in sainsburys lighter mayo? I've tried to work it out using the calculator but it only does it in grams and the jar is in mls :cry:

They should be pretty much the same. a teaspoon is about 5g or 5ml, a tablespoon 15ml or 15g, so just apply the 1 syn per 20 calories to the ml.

Probs a totally dumb ass question but if this is a level tbsp, then thats a seriously tiny amount of mayo??

Well, pretty small yeah. Depends what you're used to I guess. This is a measuring spoon size tablespoon. Mayo is *never* gonna be good for ya!
