is there any takeaway food ur safe in avin,
seaweed, keebab meat, chicken currys

doner kebab, chicken kebab, chicken tikka no sauce, seaweed is sometimes caked in sugar , salt and pepper ribs usually ok

cant u av salt? r sauces ok, for example steaded beef as a chilli sauce on it. can u av batter like salt and pepper prawns

The sauces tend to be high in sugars, particularly in Chinese food. Also they may be full of trans fats - deadly artificial bulking/preservative gloop. Remember - no rice, no pasta! No garlic bread, no poppadums... Stick to meat/fish/chicken/pork and have veggies or salad on the side. Enjoy your meal x

batter is made of flour, sweet chilli beef is usually in batter too so no. best to stay away from chinese altogether.

No to batter... lol! It's made of flour/milk etc usually!! :p

I go for indian usually too. From the chinese i get salt and pepper ribs too, or chicken wings. In the chipper or fast food place i get a burger with no bun, i get a strange look but hey :D

My favorite is crispy duck - DD has the pancakes and have duck, cucumber and spring onion and add mayo. Sauce (pure sugar!) gets dumped:)

Mixed kebab with some homemade garlic mayo! Yum! Chinese wise, I usually opt for foo yung and dry spare ribs - but I'm fairly confident theres sugar in the foo yung, and the ribs.

Mcdonalds double cheeseburges with no sauce are awsome! I use the bun to hold the meat and just eat the inside - saves me getting strange looks for asking for it without the bun! hehe!
