How much do u have to lose to start dropping points? I'm just curious as on the old plan u dropped a point every-time u went down a stone bracket, is it the same with pro-points?

No its not the same and it varies with the new plan depending on how many you started with in the first place and how much you lose at a time.
Roughly every 7lbs you lose you should re-check the amount of points you are on (this can be done using the WW calculator or asking a leader or simply asking on here if needed)
