Will not be a fat bridesmaid :)

As the title says, I will not be a fat bridesmaid. 2 friends have asked me to be chief bridesmaid at their weddings next year, one in April and one in May.

I was so excited and thrilled to be asked, but I do not want to look back at the photos and feel that I'm the 'fat one'! It was just the kick up the bum I needed to go back to SW after a 2yr absence and 2st weight gain.

When I was pregnant with my eldest son Dylan 6yrs ago I put on 4.5st. My weight has gone up and down like a yoyo since. I also have a 4yr old daughter Daisy and 5 month old son Noah.

I joined SW again when he was 5 weeks old but have only recently been following it properly - before now it was mainly damage limitation as I promised my consultant I wouldn't take it too seriously until Noah was a bit older. I'm breastfeeding him and was unsuccessful with my first 2 children so didn't want anything to risk that. Luckily it has been plain sailing so far! I am enjoying my extra healthy extras!

So far I have lost 9lb and already feel much healthier and have loads more energy. I can't wait to get to target :)

I have decided to set myself a mini goal of losing 4lb in the next 2 weeks. I'm taking the plan seriously and doing loads of exercise so fingers crossed...

Good Luck girl. You definitely won't be the fat bridesmaid anymore but the bridesmaid who'll catch everyone's attention!

Exercise will really help you achieve your goal of 4lbs in two weeks. That's easy as 1-2-3 for you then! Keep us posted.

Have spent the morning at a baby group with little Noah. He is starting to sit so had a great time playing with the toys!

I did have a custard cream and a tiny bit of apple juice so that's 5.5 syns so far today I think. Having trouble logging on to the SW website on my phone so will double check later.
