yeah its totally normal to feel cold,just drink more hot drinks,or have a hot shower or bath,you l feel better then...good luck

i'm sat here in pj's dressing gown and bed socks and still cold so getting in bed like this lol our bodys are not getting enough fuel to warm our bodies, good news is it means the diet is working if we cold all time i rekon
