2nd week way in - I expected more

Seeing as I did eveything perfectly and exercised 1 hour a day I expected better results, this week I only lost:

Lost 2.86lbs
4cm each leg
2cm each arm
2cm bum
3cm waist


My CDC said to have lost cm means it must be water retention which I can probably thank my PCOS for, saying that Im going to take my pills to induce a period.

I've heard a few people say that they have a good weight loss in WK1, not so much in WK2 and then WK3 etc get better ..hmmmm

Last week I increased my walking, could I have built up muscle? :confused::confused:

The past two weeks I have been doing cardio at the gym 5 days a week and I havent lost any weight. However I have lost cm's. I do think exercising does affect it. But losing cm's is really important. It is what changes yur shape and makes yoru clothes fit. Hang in there. You are doing well

Thanks friends, that why I love this forum - I thrive on the support!

My CDC said that exercise does help, hence the reason I probably lost cm's. She did say that exercising doesnt make a difference to your weight but I dont agree and I told her because I know and have the experience that aerobic activity like walking and swimming builds up muscle mass and it weighs more than fat.

Looking in the mirror today I think that I have lost weight on my stomach area, its more flat and it makes my boobs look bigger!

I had a small loss in week 2 - but it picked up in week 3. stay strong & it will all work out next week !

Im counting on it! My CDC is away next week so I wont be going till the 26th and Im expecting fab results. Im also taking Primolut this week to induce a period, should be cleared up by the 26th and hopefully it will help the water retention part
